“A house where there are spaces to have lively activities.”
Located on an area of 600 square meters, 3840 House’s owner wants to have a playful house. The terrace is made large enough so that there is plenty of room to accommodate many activities. In addition, the inner courtyard adds space to provide interaction within the building, while maintaining the privacy of the occupants of the house through the application of wooden grilles.
The use of exposed concrete on the exterior of the house aims to reduce maintenance costs and is expected to age well over time. Exposed concrete that might seem to look rigid is balanced through a landscape by using greeneries and vines.
For the interior, the layout of the living room is made with an open space concept which shows the party area with bright natural lighting.
